| The solutions we offer is considered an aftermarket up-fit option. Your vehicle's warranty cannot be effected or voided by the use of our product unless proven by the vehicle manufacturer to have directly caused the component failure. | |

| What type of hardware gets installed in the vehicle? |
|
| No hardware is added or installed in the vehicle. A vehicle recalibration device is plugged into the vehicles OBD-II diagnostic port, the new software calibration is uploaded to the vehicle, and the recalibration device is removed. The entire process takes an average of 15-20 minutes per vehicle and can be performed while the vehicle is in for scheduled maintenance. | |

| Can the changes be removed or modified by the driver? |

| No. Once installed, the vehicle calibration can only be removed by your companies fleet manager or authorized personnel. | |

| Can a vehicle be returned to the stock factory settings? |
|
| Yes. Returning the vehicle to the stock calibration is a very simple process. SCT provides each fleet with the required hardware devices to return all of the recalibrated vehicles utilizing SCT's solutions back to the stock calibration. | |
