Step 1: The Initial Consultation
SCT's Fleet Operations Manager will meet with your company, discuss our fleet solutions and gather information about your companies fleet requirements.

Step 2: Custom Tailored Vehicle Calibration
SCT's team of 16 in house engineers will prepare a customized calibration for your fleet of vehicles. During this development, our engineers make hundreds of precise changes to the vehicle's engine management system based on your feedback and fleet 's requirements.

Step 3: Fleet Integration
SCT's engineering staff then load the customized calibration into our Fleet Recalibration device for distribution to your fleet. One Fleet Recalibration device will recalibrate up to 1000 fleet vehicles, however, if your fleet is located in multiple locations, one or more devices may be sent to each location for faster implementation.

Step 4: Installation
Installation of the SCT customized calibration is very simple and can be performed by your companies fleet manager or maintenance staff.
To install the calibration in a vehicle:
  •   1) The device is plugged into the vehicles OBDII diagnostic port.
  •   2) The installation process is initiated using the device menu and by following the prompts on the device
  •   3) The SCT recalibration device first backs-up the vehicles factory calibration.
  •   4) Once the factory calibration is backed up, the installation of the customized calibration will begin
  •   5) During the installation, the SCT customized calibration is transferred to the vehicle's computer.
  •   6) The installation process only takes 15-20 minute per vehicle
  •   7) Once completed, the installer is prompted to turn the vehicles key off and unplug the Fleet Recalibration device.
  •   8) The installation is complete and the device can be taken to the next vehicle to be recalibrated.

Step 5: Integration Completed
Once installed on all of the vehicles in your fleet, the SCT Fleet Recalibration device(s) are returned to SCT Fleet Solutions. SCT's engineers compile all of the factory calibrations into 2 devices that get returned to your fleet manager. If required in the future, these devices are used to return the vehicle back to the stock calibration.
